Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for braiding services and 3-5 days for wig installations. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Do I need to bring my own hair?
For braiding services, we provide premium quality hair extensions. For wig installations, you can bring your own wig or purchase one from our selection.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Do you offer home services?
Yes. We offer home services for all our treatments. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location.
